Alex Slim is a tranny and not the useful kind that can start your car, but the kind that gets to wear gender reveal party colors all year long. Alex is an actress, comic, writer, and She is a spicy Navajo woman from Albuquerque, NM. Alex has done improv and stand-up comedy in Albuquerque and in Hollywood! She has performed improv at the Box theatre, where she is a founding member of the long-form improv troupe Left on Read. She was a recipient of the Saturday Night Live Scholarship at the Groundlings theatre in Hollywood, California. You could see her taped set Flappers on her YouTube channel or follow her on Instagram @msalexslim.

Ames —as in “Aims for the Stars”—is new to the Santa Fe comedy scene but fits right in with the misfits of Wayward Comedy. When not on the stage, you can find her swiping for love (and new material) on Tinder, fostering dogs, and downloading irreverent/inspirational memes. Andrew Yang is a comedian from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Voted “Best Comedian in Washtenaw County” in 2022 and 2023 by Current Magazine, Andrew runs shows at a punk rock venue in the Blind Pig and is a founder of the Tree Town Comedy Festival. Onstage, Andrew charms audiences with his energetic personality and engrossing stories mostly at his own expense. He has been fortunate enough to work with a few of his comedy heroes including Beth Stelling, Jackie Kashian, and one time had lunch with Maria Bamford. Andrew has performed on festivals across the country including the Motor City Comedy Festival, Let’s Fest, and Des Comédie Festival, and has been featured on NPR. When he’s not on stage he’s probably on Uber Eats trying to decide what to eat later.

Robert"Buck D." Gipson is a comedian that got his start right here in Albuquerque, NM seven years ago. His brash, in your face, witty, and no holds barred sense of humor has established himself as one of the truly funnymen of the region. He’s opened for comic legends such as Joe Torry, A.J. Johnson, Cypha Sounds, Wil Sylvince, Honest John, and Chris Thomas. He also has headlined at Stand-Up Live PHX, Tempe Improv, House of Comedy AZ, and The World Famous Comedy Store (Belly Room). Not only is he a stand-up comedian, he also is solidified in other medias as well. He is a co-host of Two Men on of 95.9FM AM610 The Sports Animal, co-host of the Midday Mayhem on 101.3FM The Hustle, and also co-host of his podcast called The BS Show.

Chicago native Calvin Evans comedy career began during his time at the University Illinois Champaign-Urbana. While obtaining his degree in Sports Management, he fell in love with stand-up comedy and would put his business aspirations on hold. He took his talents back to Chicago and was quickly named Chicago’s Next Big Comic. Calvin received a Puma Scholarship to attend the famed Second City Training Center. Upon completing their Improv Conservatory program, Calvin was awarded a Bob Curry Fellowship. With stand-up as his focus, he traveled the country performing at colleges and clubs. In 2017 he was recognized as a New Face at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. In 2018 he was one of 8 finalists in the nationwide NBC Standup competition.
His television credits include the Fox series APB, NBC’s Chicago PD, Sherman’s Showcase on IFC, and Shameless on Showtime. He has also performed stand-up on the Kevin Hart Comedy Central series Hart of The City, LOL @ JFL, TruTV Laff Tracks, NBC Bring The Funny and reoccurring on the hit Comedy Central show SouthSide. His half hour “Unprotected Sets” special (released in 2020 on EPIX) and his debut comedy album B.O.R.N are available on all streaming platforms.

Carla Vasquezis a stand-up comedian and actress based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She grew up in national parks across the country, with a Chicano father and a Mexican mother. Inspiration for jokes come from nature, Latino culture, traveling, and dating as a queer person. Carla is an employee and performer at Dry Heat Comedy club, and produces their offsite show, and also host two weekly open mics. She has opened for Joey Medina, Steven Rogers, and Shen Weng. Whether the jokes are informative, dark or dirty, it’s always bound to be a silly energetic time with Carla Vasquez on stage!

Caryn Carson’s standup comedy reflects her years of working jobs above her aptitude, her strong opinions about nachos, and a suspicion that her husband has a secret family somewhere. Caryn works primarily out of New Mexico, performs at clubs in North Texas where she started in comedy, and produces the monthly Comedy Night! shows at Brew Labs in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. She opened for touring headliner Jim Norton at the KiMo Theatre in Albuquerque in 2023 and Hulu star Chris Estrada at Quezada’s Comedy Club in 2024. She has also worked with Rachel Feinstein, Mia Jackson, and Jackie Kashian. She is a veteran of the North Carolina Comedy Festival, the Albuquerque Funny Fiesta, and the Plano Comedy Festival.

Chad Riden tells self-incriminating stories of ridiculous misguided and bold adventures that embarrass his family and make everybody else think he’s a weirdo.
Riden has appeared on “The Daily Show” on Comedy Central, the Late Show with David Letterman’s “Tony Mendez Show,” ABC/CMT’s “Nashville,” “CBS This Morning,” “Chrisley Knows Best,” “Still The King,” “TRUMP OCH KOMIKERNA – HUMORKRIGET” (TV4 Sweden, C-MORE’s “Trump Vs Comedy”), CMT-Canada’s “Mississippi Snake Grabbers,” and once ate lunch at The Magic Castle in Los Angeles whose newsletter called him “the most famous un-famous person.”
Chad produced and hosted the annual Guinness world record breaking 184+ hour long #BrokenRecordShow (longest stand-up comedy show, multiple comedians) every year from 2015-2018 as part of the Nashville Comedy Festival. “Broken Records,” a documentary shot during the 2016 show, is available to stream on ShortFilmsMatter.com

Chris Estrada is the star and co-creator of the hit Hulu series This Fool based on his standup act and upbringing in South Los Angeles. Estrada was voted "one of LA's comedians to watch in 2018," by Time Out LA and was an "Up Next" performer at Comedy Central's Clusterfest in 2019. His other credits include Comedy Central's Corporate and the comedy special Entre Nos for HBO.

Daisy Tackett is an award-winning comedian from Jacksonville, Florida. She explores feminism, body image, dating, politics and more through her comedy. She'll tackle big things like rape culture and sexual assault, and other extremely important things like the lack of a fat bachelorette. Daisy has performed at Gotham and Greenwich Village Comedy Club in NYC, Zanies in Nashville, TN, Comedy Zone in Jacksonville, aSing Out Loud Festival in St. Augustine, FL, and many backyards, living rooms, record stores, vegan bars, and skate shops. She produces and hosts a number of shows, including The Magical Mystery Mic, Funhouse, a monthly comedy show at Eraser Records, and Jacksonville Don't Tell Comedy. When she's not doing comedy, she's endlessly toiling to survive under late-stage capitalism. Or playing video games.

David Zimmerman in Los Alamos and moved there in early 2021. He’s been doing standup since October 2022, including several appearances at Cake’s, Night School, and AtomiComedy, a brand new comedy group in Los Alamos.

EricB Bowens is from Texas and he is known as the fly guy of comedy due to his trendy style and fashionable outfits on stage. Eric likes storytelling with a punch. He was selected to perform on Comedy Central's Premium Blend and has appeared on BET's Comicview. Eric has toured performing stand-up comedy for A-list rooms and USO tours for troops. Eric has been to various state comedy festivals this year. When not performing, Eric enjoys working out, running, playing basketball, and doing podcasts.

Your Boy Reflex has been a part of the local comedy, theater, and club scene for about 12 yrs. Born and raised in Santa Fe, he started off as a wedding DJ, and since then has branched out into a fully-fledged entertainment juggernaut. He loves his hometown and state but doesn’t mind poking fun at it.

Gabby Gutierrez-Reed is a Colorado-based comedian who relates to people through her playfully confessional jokes. She has been in High Plains Comedy Festival, 10,000 Laughs Comedy Festival, Limestone Comedy Fest and is the undefeated six-time champion of You Look Like at Loonees Comedy Corner. She’s been on Adult Swim, Funny or Die and in her spare time, she gets lost in bouts of existential dread. Things are looking up!

Gian,quick-witted comedian and skilled writer, first discovered his passion for comedy in Puerto Rico. Relocating to Colorado, Gian embraced the challenge of a new audience, captivating crowds with his sharp humor and relatable anecdotes.
Now calling New Mexico home, Gian has been gracing stages at local shows across the state, while also taking his talents on the road to entertain audiences in Colorado and soon across the country. His comedic journey continues to evolve, drawing inspiration from his diverse experiences and the colorful landscapes that shape his performances.

Hayley Ellmana lesbian improviser, sketch, and stand-up comedian out of Atlanta, GA. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution referred to her comedy as "cerebral and sardonic." She charms audiences with her balance of sincere, satirical, and silly jokes and stories. She’s performed in The Red Clay Comedy Festival, The West End Comedy Fest, The SF Punch Line, Epic Comedy Hour, and won 2022 Queer of the Year at the P3 Comedy Fest (headlining 2023) as well as being a paid regular at The Laughing Skull. She is a Guinness World Record Holder for being part of the longest comedy show. If you haven’t seen her perform around the Southeast US then you’re most likely to have seen her on BounceTv or TruTv: being pranked by a magician on the Carbonaro Effect as, embarrassingly, her episode is one of their favorite reruns.

Helen Driesen is an up-and-coming Denver comic who has been making audiences cringe and hopefully also laugh for two years. She was a finalist in the Comedy Fort’s Fort’s Funniest contest, she appeared on the 2023 High Plains Comedy Festival, and she’s shared a stage with the likes of Kevin Nealon, Che Durena, and Mark Normand. When she isn’t swearing into a microphone at a comedy show, Helen is swearing into a microphone as a singer-songwriter. Her debut single, “South Carolina,” is available on all streaming platforms.

Isabel Madley is a classically-trained actor and Vassar girl, but don't let that fool you - she's a tacky and ill-mannered vulgarian with an adolescent sense of humor. Her comedy ranges from the philosophical to the puerile - skewering relationships, psychoanalyzing pop culture, and spouting the usual liberal feminist claptrap. She has appeared in a number of festivals across the Southwest, but can most commonly be found performing with Santa Fe's very own Wayward Comedy.

Jake is one of the fastest rising comedians in the Albuquerque comedy scene, headlining all over the southwest. He splits his time doing stand-up in New York City, has been featured in Don’t Tell Comedy. He’s a regular at Dry Heat Comedy Club, was a finalist in the One Liner Madness Competition, and has featured for Chris Estrada. He also has performed with Jim Jefferies and Marc Maron and produces a monthly show at Dry Heat Comedy Club called Hardcore Comedy.

While on stage, Jamar has been described as a cleverly blatant conversationalist. Influenced by the likes of Chris Rock, Bob Newhart & Rodney Dangerfield, Jamar illustrates his misfortune in a storytelling fashion. One fellow comic has been quoted saying "Jamar adds logic to absurd situations." Jamar has performed throughout the nation, and has opening for Harland Williams, Greer Barnes & Joe Torry. His main goal is to just spread the laughter.

Joshua is a Navajo comedian based in Denver. He is a regular contributor for CityCast Denver, serves on the Denver American Indian Commission and won the 2023 Mayor's Award for Excellence in Arts & Culture. Joshua performs at clubs and festivals all over the country (Netflix is a Joke, SF Sketchfest, High Plains) and has been featured in The Denverite, Westword Magazine, Boulder Weekly, and Indian Country Today. The Denver Post raves, "Joshua's jokes blend raunchiness and mudanity, which allows him to straddle both worlds and perspectives." He lives at home with partner, Rachel, and their pets, Lola, Henry, and Joanna.

Diné Comedian, Joshua Fournier, originally hails from the Navajo reservation, being born in Shiprock, NM. Since he was raised in Albuquerque and immersed in various Native American and colonial cultures, traditions, and history, Fournier loves to address the tensions between different cultures. Fournier’s comedy is descriptive, untamed and surreal. Fournier has showcased his performance throughout the states, from LA to New York. He has performed in local breweries, the Tempe Improv, the Comedy Store and various casinos. Fournier’s accolades include being recognized as Albuquerque’s Funniest Comedian, Audience’s Best Choice, and Albuquerque’s Favorite Comedian. Also Fournier has opened for Dave Attell, Eric Griffin, Jesus Trejo and Bryan Callen. If you don’t find Mr. Fournier headlining or opening, be sure to catch him on social media.

Julian Fernandez is a non-binary, Latino comedian and impressionist from Los Angeles, CA. They started doing stand-up at seventeen, mixing celebrity impressions and voices with observations and stories from their not-so-everyday life. Julian’s comedy has been featured on shows like, first impressions with Dana Carvey, Laughs on Fox, and ESPN Sports Center. In 2022, Julian produced and released thier first comedy special, “Thirty”. They’ve traveled all around the country performing at clubs, colleges, festivals, apartments, and other events like Kevin & Bean’s April Foolishness in 2017. Julian has even opened for comics like Taylor Williamson, Anjelah Johnson, Debra DiGiovanni, and more. With their chill and charming personality, audience can feel comfortable knowing they’re in for a great time.

Kristi Zobel is a born storyteller and a late blooming comedian. She is based out of Washington, DC and has been honing her comedy at open mics, private functions and comedy shows. She is known to audiences and fans as the "Pork Princess" which makes sense once you hear her origin story. Outside of comedy, she spends free time pickling peppers and getting into the kinds of trouble that make for great stories.

Leah Althoff is an up-and-coming comedian based in Denver, Colorado. Her comedy is comparable to a Disney movie: typically lighthearted but not afraid of heavier themes, audiences may come away from it learning a lesson or two, and every now and then, there's a joke just for the adults. She has performed at notable venues in Colorado including Comedy Works (Up Next!, 2023 New Faces Competition Wild Card Round Contestant) and The Comedy Fort (2023 Forts Funniest Competition Finalist). She continues to work out her act on independently produced shows around the city and has also been featured on festivals around the state.

Lee H Tillman has a low-key delivery, but please do not mistake his laid-back delivery for complacency. There are surprises at every turn. In addition to doing standup at clubs like Helium in Portland and The Ice House in Pasadena, Lee has performed at comedy festivals all over the United States including the Burbank Comedy Festival at Flappers where he was awarded “Best of Fest.

Leka Bachicha is a queer and quirky single mom who uses humor to cope with the challenges of parenting, dating, and dating as a parent. They likely inherited an intriguing blend of anxiety, neurodivergence, and a knack for singing passed down by their equally fascinating parents.

Liza Treyger is a stand-up comic who most recently was seen recurring in the Netflix series Survival of The Thickest. Additionally in film and television, she has appeared in Jordan Peele’s Nope, the Judd Apatow movie, The King of Staten Island, and HBO's Pause with Sam Jay. Liza has Netflix and Comedy Central half hour specials and has appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Chelsea Lately, @Midnight, Lights Out with David Spade, This Is Not Happening, Horace and Pete, and many more fun things. She and Kara Klenk co-host, That’s Messed Up, a podcast about Law & Order: SVU. What makes Liza most proud is she regularly performs at The Comedy Cellar and The Comedy Store.

Luis, a comedic prodigy hailing from Miami, charms crowds with a seamless blend of street wisdom and fatherhood anecdotes. With 15+ years on stage, he's shared the spotlight with comedy legends like Damon Wayans and Monique. Get ready to burst with laughter as this 'young OG' leaves audiences in stitches.

Mary Byrd, a 100 year-old cougar is a Colorado Springs native, has called Albuquerque home since 1993. She’s in Albuquerque on purpose – not because her car broke down there. Her comedic style is silly, sassy and smart; current events, politics, family, neighborhood, and personal observations are all targets. A mild-mannered software consultant by day, she stepped up to the stage as a stand-up comedian in 2004 and has never regretted it. She travels throughout New Mexico and the western US, visiting thrift stores and stages mixing jokes, stories and (sometimes) song – leaving laughter in her wake.

Born and bred in the good ol' Southwest, Mikey Mayes is a true gem of the desert. He's dazzled audiences from coast to coast with his unfiltered wit, sharp as a tack punchlines, and undeniable charm. A true must-see for any comedy lover.

Nikki Bon is an LA based stand-up comedian, actress and podcast host (duh, who isn’t). Born and raised in Toronto, she gave up her healthcare to peruse her dreams in LA. And as a hypochondriac, that’s a big risk. Ever since training and performing at Second City Toronto, Nikki got the comedy bug and continued on to complete both UCB NYC/LA and Groundlings improv programs which prepared her for her real love, stand-up comedy. You can catch Nikki on season 14 of America’s Got Talent where she plays her iconic character “Insta Girl”, on CBC Comedy Next Up and teaching her absentee rock and roll dad how to be a father on her podcast Whoa, Dad! And when she’s not parenting her dad, she’s trying to stay more “in the know” on her YouTube series Blissfully Clueless.

Noah Ciel is a fifteen-year-old standup comedian based in Denver, Colorado. He goes on weekly at Comedy Works, doing sets for legends like Dave Attell, Ralph Barbosa, and Ashley Gavin. He writes most of his material at school, making him the first person to be canceled in math class.

Paul Garcia is a fresh-faced comic based in Denver, Colorado, born and raised in the Mile High City. He's performed at clubs all over Colorado including the Comedy Fort, 3 E's, and the world-famous Comedy Works. When he's not at a dive bar telling jokes about his family and past relationships, he's probably naked and afraid in the mountains. Check him out on Instagram @The_Pauly_Walnuts.

Ricci Armani is a Seattle based stand-up comedian, writer and podcaster. Ricci has recently participated in several comedy festivals including Comedy Fort, RIP City Fest, and made semifinals in Seattle International Comedy Competition. Ricci Armani has performed across the country from New York to Hawaii and has opened for many names including Joe Dombrowski, Matteo Lane, Amy Miller and more. Ricci has also been featured in a local news outlet as having “star quality” but he would love for you to see him and decide for yourself!

Rusty Rutherford’s twisted comedy has "More Energy Than A High School Cheer Squad" (Montreal Fringe Festival). He was named one of the top 5 comedians in Albuquerque for 8 years in a row (Albuquerque the Magazine) and you may recognize a little of your own insanity in Rusty’s odd but relatable look at society around him while becoming sucked into the fun he is having on stage. Rutherford's comedic journey has taken him to venues of all shapes and sizes across America, Canada, and even Rio Rancho and has landed him an appearance on NBC’s Last Comic Standing. Rutherford is a member of The Oh Geez hip-hop improv troupe and an actor with The Dinner Detective. He has trained with Tricklock Theatre in Albuquerque, NM and The Annoyance Theatre in Chicago, IL. Whatever you expect, throw it out the window and expect the unexpected in what can only be described as hilarious structured insanity.

Nat Davis at (they/them) incorporates sarcasm, song, and sass in their own queer, existential, and tangent-style comedy. Raised in southern New Mexico, Nat left the desert to explore the coasts before returning to the southwest. They first tried comedy in the Triangle of North Carolina with Eyes Up Here Comedy and Zog’s Luxury Open Mic. Now you can find them in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, at places like Dry Heat Comedy Club and Desert Dogs. They were also recently in the play CLUE at Desert Rose Playhouse. When not doing comedy, Nat is a health coach and freelance writer who enjoys to sing, dance, hike, collage, and socialize. Follow them at @gnatatattat on social.

Ryan is the founder of LGBTLOL Queer Comedy Fest, and has performed at Sno Jam Comedy Fest, Nola Comedy Fest, Mobile Comedy Fest, Portland Comedy Fest, Overlook Film Fest, P3 Comedy Fest, Albuquerque Funny Fiesta, and Hell Yes Fest. In 2022, Ryan released his debut comedy album “She Is Me” on more than 30 platforms globally to resoundingly positive reviews. The Current called it “proudly perverse.” Ryan is also the creator and showrunner of “CHERRY!” a national partnership with Virgin Hotels, “STAGE FRIGHT” a spooky show created for Hotel Saint Vincent, “SNAKE BIT!” at The Southern Hotel, and “EXBOYFRIEND MATERIAL” a gameshow about heartbreak. In 2022, Ryan hosted “WITHOUT RHYME NOR REASON” a national comedy tour about mental health & suicide prevention for collegiate sororities. Ryan refracts the world through his brazen, queer, side-splitting humor. He performs all over America – harnessing his one-of-a-kind effervescence to light up any stage. “Rogers is a grinder in the mold of most successful comics,” said Andrew Comer of Offbeat Magazine. The Acadiana Advocate called his rise to stardom “meteoric.” When he’s not performing, he’s usually taking a nap with his loving husband and co-producer, Drew at their home in New Orleans.

Since her debut in comedy, Sarah has used her voice to explore gender, genitalia, fear of parenthood, and dating as only a woke white woman with one of the most common names of the 20th century could. The highlight of Sarah’s comedy career came when an audience member asked her to come to Tulsa, Oklahoma and do comedy for a sex education course, which is telling both of her comedy and her low standards of success.

Shanel Hughes is a hilarious and gorgeous human being who has performed and hosted at various venues all across the USA. She is a regular at Comedy Works Denver and has opened for comedians such as River Butcher, Ms. Pat, Cipha Sounds, Amy Miller, Ahmed Ahmed, T. Murph, Greg Morton, and Mope Williams. Her comedy style can be described as an evening with your funny and super relatable best friend. Her warmth and contagious energy fills each room she enters. To the stage, she brings years of improv and acting skills. Shanel was a semi-finalist in the annual Comedy Works New Faces Competition during her first year and has been accepted to perform in comedy festivals in states including Alaska (where she won Best of Fest), Colorado, Texas, New York, Ohio, Atlanta, and Oregon. Stef Darnell, a comedic powerhouse from Atlanta with roots firmly planted in Albuquerque, launched his hilarious journey in the heart of New Mexico. With an arsenal of jokes about life, marijuana, and proudly owning his blurred identity, Stef captivates audiences nationwide. Voted Top Comedian in 2023 by Albuquerque Magazine, Stef has shared the stage with comedy giants like Mark Normand, Jim Jeffries, and Christopher Titus, leaving audiences roaring with laughter at every performance.

Taylor Cheek is from Santa Fe and has been doing comedy for two years with Wayward Comedy. He likes hiphop and long walks on the beach. His dislikes include writing biographies about himself.

TJ Jones first did stand up at a bar in Santa Fe in 2006, but it wasn't until 2019 when he found Wayward Comedy and became member of the group that does almost all of the comedy shows here in Santa Fe. Since then he's been in The Albuquerque Funny Fiesta twice, CloudTop Comedy Festival, and founded his own show, Nightschool, a monthly comedy showcase that features comics from all over NM and from all over the country. TJ has been working hard for the past five years performing at comedy shows, promoting events, and doing his best to help grow the stand-up comedy scene in Santa Fe into something great.

Gentleman, scholar, patriot: Tripp Stelnicki is regularly and mistakenly called these things because he is white and looks put-together. A constant disappointment to unpleasant conservatives, Tripp is a hilarious and indelicate standup comic with a sharp and original edge, weaving together acerbic storytelling and fresh observations about modern everyday life. Tyler Lovely is an Albuquerque powerhouse. As a mainstay at Dry Heat Comedy Club, Tyler has gotten to share the stage with countless touring and local performers, bringing his quick wit and smart observations to every show. He’s been a featured performer in the Albuquerque Funny Fiesta, The Chief Bicycle and Comedy Festival in Colorado, and River of Lost Souls Festival -on top of being a regular performer on Albuquerque’s Don’t Tell Comedy shows. In addition to performing, Tyler co-produces shows as part of the Sh*t Boys comedy collective, he was also riffing on air as “Intern Ty” on 101.3 The Hustle. Whether it’s winning roast battles, bringing high-octane energy to hosting, or exploring the world around him through his jokes, Tyler is not to be missed.

Vik Pandya is a nationally touring stand-up comic based in Chicago. Known for his sharp self-deprecation, observational humor on dating, and hilarious crowd work, his comedy album 'Friends With 401(k) Benefits' debuted #1 on iTunes / Top 10 on the Billboard Charts. Vik’s Dry Bar Comedy special ‘No Refunds’ hit Top 10 on the platform, and his Only Fans TV special is now streaming.
Vik has opened for Trevor Wallace, Roy Wood Jr., & Michelle Wolf and performs regularly at Zanies Comedy Club, The Laugh Factory, & The Improv in Chicago. He's been featured in 19 comedy festivals across the country including: San Francisco’s Sketchfest, NBC's Breakout Fest, & the SLO Comedy Fest.
